ABB’s Electrification organization is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and generating profitable growth for the Electrification Business Area. Our 10,000 strong commercial team represents the portfolio of all Electrification Business Area Divisions in over 100 countries. Our unmatched domain expertise across key industry verticals and channels combined with our truly global footprint makes us able to deliver extraordinary business results, supporting our customers with solutions which address their current needs, whilst considering the future emerging trends such as Urbanization, Digitalization and Shift to Electricity and Sustainable Energy. You will be working as Master data representative and will be reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor. You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the master data for Canada in accordance with the company/Sales region’s guidelines and communication protocols.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the data maintenance in both TOPS (internal system) and SAP;
- Customer/agent profiles;
- Pricing (List price - Transfer Price);
- Reporting;
- Data synchronization;
- Workflow for customer account opening;
- Tag purchase orders.

**Your background**:

- Min 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multiple priorities;
- Ability to work in a team oriented group;
- Fluent in French and English both written and verbal is a must;
- Experience working with Office 365;
- Experience with excel;
- Detailed oriented, dynamic and organized;
- Ability to work with multiple teams.
