**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and effective martial arts classes for students of varying skill levels.
- Educate students on martial arts techniques, forms, and self-defense strategies.
- Develop lesson plans that incorporate skill progression and physical conditioning.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their training experience.
- Maintain a safe and respectful training environment for all participants.
- Organize and participate in events, competitions, and demonstrations to promote the martial arts program.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding class schedules, progress, and any concerns.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a martial arts instructor or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various martial arts disciplines (e.g., BJJ, muaythai, boxing, mma) is essential.
- Ability to educate effectively while maintaining an engaging atmosphere.
- Experience working with children and adults in a teaching or coaching capacity is a plus.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable but not mandatory.
- A willingness to learn new techniques or styles is encouraged.
