**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and Coordination:_
- Schedule installation appointments and coordinate between customers and technicians for timely service delivery.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to adapt to project timeline changes or customer availability.
- Customer Communication:_
- Act as the primary contact for customers during the installation process.
- Provide detailed information about the installation process, timelines, and necessary preparations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Technician Support:_
- Liaise with technicians to communicate project details, schedules, and customer requirements.
- Ensure technicians are equipped with necessary materials, equipment, and information for each installation.
- Project Management:_
- Track installation project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining issues.
- Quality Assurance:_
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality and processes.
- Administrative Duties:_
- Prepare and distribute work orders, schedules, and other relevant documents.
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Education and Experience:_
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative/coordination role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Skills and Competencies:_
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and installation processes is a plus, but not required.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Environment**: Primarily an office setting.
- **Hours**: Full-time position, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend work based on customer needs and project requirements.
