**Quality Manager**

With our strong market, we are seeking **a Committed Leader on our QUALITY TEAM. **We are looking for a team player who is energetic, positive, and who wants to be on the frontline of our growth, improvement, success, and who wants to be part of our family.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the **Quality Manager **will be the leader of our Quality team and will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and QA strength in our facility.

**Responsibilities - you will**:

- Ensure we maintain and update HACCP and SQF documents and processes.
- Be the lead responsible for ensuring quality standards are maintained and revised where required.
- Liaise with certification and regulatory agencies and lead required audits.
- Lead, perform and participate in our Internal Audits and Food Safety training.
- Learn and conduct Quality Inspections, Root Cause Analysis, and Non-Conformance evaluations, and develop related action plans.
- Manage and/or delegate Quality administrative work as required.
- Train and mentor with existing QA and Leadership Teams to provide input and ideas and to further develop our bench strength.

**Qualifications - you have**:

- Post-Secondary education in developing HACCP programs or equivalent relevant technical training and SQF Practitioner Certification.
- Experience with, and a comprehensive understanding of HACCP including pre-requisite programs.
- Strong relational skills and the ability to work well with different perspectives.
- High motivation, initiative, and ability to contribute to Continuous Improvement.
- QA Management experience along with the desire for a challenge and an opportunity to grow and develop leadership skills.
- Able to work well and collaborate in a Team environment as well as work independently when required.
- The confidence to be decisive along with the awareness to recognize when collaboration is required.
