At Cedar and Sage Physiotherapy, we pride ourselves on fostering a warm and compassionate environment for our clients. Located in the heart of Quadra Village in Victoria, our clinic is known for delivering exceptional and innovative physiotherapy services for each individual client that comes into our space. We are a small team of brilliant and dedicated Physiotherapists, committed to kind comprehensive care.

We are in search of a dynamic and organized Clinic Coordinator to join our tight-knit team. The Clinic Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining the administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and other staff members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
- Work closely with clinic owner to optimize clinic flow in meetings.
- Lead by example as you provide guidance and support to our staff, nurturing their growth and development within our clinic
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with staff and patients
- Oversee billing and invoicing processes, including insurance claims and payment collection.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to support clinic operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in office management or administration, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting for at least 2 years.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of medical billing practices and insurance procedures is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education or experience is desirable.

**Benefits**:

- $25-30 /hours (depending on experience)

**Hours**:

- Monday-Friday
- 7am-2pm (7hrs) some flexibility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
