**Duties**
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in business development with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management capabilities, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members alike.
