Reporting to the Director of Instruction, Inclusive Learning, the District Administrator will provide overall leadership, planning, management and direction related to inclusive learning initiatives and support for the implementation of the Board’s 2020-2025 Strategic Plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

BC Professional Teaching Certificate

Experience providing leadership in the development and implementation of district priorities and initiatives as outlined in the responsibilities of the position.

Demonstrated understanding of educational change, curriculum implementation, inclusive learning and integration of technology.

Demonstrated exemplary leadership, communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Demonstrated commitment to professional growth, both personally and in current leadership context.
