Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and increase market share.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective customer relationship management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects and align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development and customer relationship management
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Proficient in marketing strategies and Salesforce CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
