Superior Glove Works Ltd.is currently seeking a **Prototype Coordinator** to work out of its **Acton ON** location.

**Job/Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Product Development Team Leader, the Prototype Coordinator is accountable for the coordination of activities needed to ensure that samples are sent to the appropriate internal and external factories on the quality of samples needed for specific tasks. This role will be in constant communication with the R&D and Product Development teams to understand the status of new prototypes and inform stakeholders on active projects. This individual will manage “inventory” of prototype samples not yet launched and work with the Territory Managers for prototype feedback.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as primary liaison with sales, operations and R&D.
- Support the Product Development team with administrative support and back up other Product Development team members with measuring, cataloguing, etc. as required.
- Monitor and ensure protype levels are in line with both short and long-term inventory requirements.
- Tracking prototype requests, costing, maintaining test data and responding to prototype queries.
- Coordinate lab requests for testing and follow up with all teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Gather feedback from sales team as it relates to ongoing developments.
- Update Asana (project management software) with progress updates and task assignment for all prototype projects.
- Address shortages of incoming samples; problem solve and work with obtained samples and feedback

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service, sales or administrative role
- Experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration preferred
- Proficient with MS Office; familiar with ERP and CRM systems
- Superior organizational and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Must work well within a team, with proven skill in building strong relationships across all levels of an organization
- Effective time managements skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Prior experience with Project Management software (i.e., Asana) is considered an asset.
- Some travel required for offsite training
- Follow and adhere to company’s policies and procedures
