**VIE Business Presentation Specialist - Montréal, H/F**
**Concrètement votre quotidien ?**
En tant que VIE au sein de l'équipe Publishing qui soutient différentes équipes de front-office au sein de CIB Global Banking Americas, vos principales missions seront de:
- rédiger toutes les présentations et tous les documents produits pour les clients afin d'assurer une parfaite cohérence et conformité avec les modèles et la charte PowerPoint, Word et Excel de la banque ainsi que différents modèles de clients.
- aider à maintenir une base de données de documents de présentation standard (gabarit, diapositives, cartes, cliparts, images) et de simplifier l’information complexe d’une manière clairement organisée, appropriée et visuellement intéressante. Vous assurez la correction des typos récurrentes, de l’orthographe et de la syntaxe.

Vous rejoignez l’équipe Publishing composée de 4 spécialistes de la présentation situés à Montréal, au Canada.
La mission de l’équipe est d’aider les analystes financiers de Global Banking Americas à élaborer des présentations professionnelles PowerPoint pour les clients externes.
Le bureau de Montréal est situé au cœur de la ville au 2001, boulevard Robert-Bourassa facilement accessible en transport en commun.

Oui, si vous êtes titulaire d’un master avec une spécialisation en communication, marketing stratégique & management de la marque.
PowerPoint, Excel, Word et Photoshop n’ont plus de secret pour vous. Vous justifiez d’une solide expérience de 12 mois minimum, stage et alternance inclus, en création de présentations Powerpoint.
Vous savez créer des modèles de présentations dynamiques, impactantes & tendances sur PowerPoint.
Vous parlez couramment l’anglais et le français.
De plus, votre capacité à collaborer et votre adaptabilité seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre orientation résultats et clientèle ainsi que votre attention apportée aux détails pour finir de nous convaincre.
