If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a **Property Manager** to join our growing team from our downtown Halifax location.

Reporting to the VP, Real Estate Management, the Property Manager will lead the day-to-day management of a growing portfolio of commercial and retail assets in the HRM. This requires strong EQ, an interest in learning, and a good dose of common sense.

**As a Property Manager, you’ll get to**:

- Provides supervision to building staff
- Involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property
- Oversee accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, and snow removal.
- Handle tenant complaints and service requests, and become familiar with the terms of tenant leases.
- Prepare analysis and reporting on variances to budget, and financial performance for a portfolio of properties.
- Enhance the services and operations of the properties, and share your recommendations with your manager.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience managing a team
- Exposure to the daily operations of a residential, commercial, or retail property
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Effective, precise communicator with an ability to accurately distribute a message/memo in an efficient and effective manager.
- Exemplary understanding of and commitment to confidentiality.
- Prior experience with terms of tenant leases is an asset
