The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) is currently seeking an outgoing individual with exceptional customer service skills for the position of **Part-Time** **Clinic** **Receptionist** to support the operations of Clinic Services. Situated on site, within the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC), you will support the RSNC, CCNM Integrative Cancer Center (ICC), Brampton Urgent Care Clinics (UCC) and our shifts within the Community Health Centres (CHC’s).

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience working in a customer service environment, and/or experience in a medical clinic
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly in MS Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and superior customer service skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Strong ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an educational environment is an asset
