Toronto Business College is seeking to hire a full-time (40 hours per week) Academic Operations Coordinator. This position plays an important role in the Academics department on supporting faculties and students by facilitating key academic and operational processes.

**Academic Operations Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate passion for delivering excellent customer service with a commitment to faculty and student satisfaction and success.
- Promote collaboration between the Academic, Student Services, eLearning, Enrollment, Scheduling, Co-op & Career Centre, and other college departments.
- Work with the academic department and faculty to strive for consistency and high-standards of course delivery, including working with program coordinators.
- Conversant with relevant college policies and procedures.
- Continuously evaluates and identifies opportunities for improvements and adaptations that positively impact the students' experience.
- Support coordination of faculty recruitment, interviewing when necessary, and onboarding to ensure an efficient, rigorous, and carefully executed process is in place and followed.
- Collaborate closely with Student Success to arrange faculty tutors for the tutoring center, the Career Centre for faculty advisors, and so on.
- Constantly strive to improve faculty engagement and retention.
- Monitors and responds to faculty questions and concerns in accordance with service level standards.
- Ensure Student Perception of Learning surveys, are reviewed and disseminated to stakeholder.
- Maintain the perpetual plans concerning all aspects involved with the faculty performance reviews.
- Supports all program reviews and/or audits.
- Maintain faculty portal and academics documents updated.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business or education.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience; demonstrating a commitment to excellence in managing projects. Agile practice is a strong asset.
- A commitment to lifelong learning in the field.
- A proven ability to work within a collaborative environment, demonstrating flexibility.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Advanced computer literacy using MSOffice including MS Planner.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and problem-solving, conflict and stress management skills.
- PMP, Agile Coach or SCRUM Master certifications are preferred.
