**Job Summary**
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to support internal construction teams in managing and executing various projects. As an internal coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, tracking, and execution of construction projects within the company. You will work closely with project managers, estimators, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects run smoothly, are completed on schedule, and meet quality standards.

**Duties**
- Plan, coordinate, and support project managers with the creation and maintenance of project schedules. Ensure internal resources and teams are allocated efficiently to meet project milestones and deadlines. Assist in developing and maintaining the project schedule for structural steel projects. Coordinate timelines for fabrication, delivery, and installation, ensuring all milestones are met and that internal resources and external subcontractors are aligned.
- Organize and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, contracts, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and inspection reports. Ensure that all documents are current, accurate, and available for internal teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams (e.g., engineering, fabrication, project management) regarding project progress, material status, and any issues that may arise. Facilitate communication between fabrication shops, installation teams, and project managers to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status updates to internal teams, senior management, and clients. Provide reports on project progress, budget status, risks, and any issues or delays encountered during construction.
- Track and document changes to project scope, including material changes, design modifications, or delays. Ensure that change orders are processed and communicated to all relevant parties, and adjust schedules and budgets as necessary.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project scheduling and resource management
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
