Kim-Cor LTD is looking for a Maintenance/Labour worker. In this role, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and grounds keeping tasks at multiple commercial locations. This includes outside cleaning, garbage removal, and other duties assigned. You must have the ability to work independent and as part of a team. Worker, must be available to start work early mornings and able to work some weekends. The following qualifications are required;
A valid driver's licence with good driving record,

Excellent communication skills,

Attention to details,

Ability to lift heavy objects, and

Ability and have knowledge to operate power tools safely and effectively.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Morning shift
