Seeking a commercial estimator. The employee will be joining the commercial sales team providing help with quoting/estimating, customer service and support for our salespeople. Estimates include providing detailed quotes for overhead door and overhead door related projects. Customers include property managers, warehouse managers, general contractors, builders, and other customers.
The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle complex tasks to completion. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Consistent, error free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance success.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Analyze service reports and quote necessary work.
- Assemble estimates and quotations including material, labor, and equipment.
- Communicate contractual terms and conditions.
- Assist salespeople as required.
- Recording and comparing bids from multiple vendors and subcontractors
- Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience and familiarity with the construction industry is an asset
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Excel and MS Word
- Experience with Service Titan is an asset
- Strong math skills

**Job Type**: Full-time
- Salary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
