La ou le thérapeute principal(e) peut devoir se déplacer dans la région et peut être tenu de travailler dans divers environnements (par ex. au centre, à l’école, à domicile, à la garderie) selon les besoins de l’enfant/de la famille.

**TAUX HORAIRE**:
D’un minimum de 31,32 $ à un maximum de 38,11 $ de l’heure. Le salaire correspondra à l’éducation et à l’expérience.

**RÉSUMÉ DES FONCTIONS**:
Le/la thérapeute principal(e) (TP) met en œuvre et soutient la prestation de programmes d’intervention auprès de clients souffrant de troubles du développement, et notamment de troubles du spectre autistique. Il/elle assure la supervision clinique des thérapeutes comportementaux dans la mise en œuvre d’interventions thérapeutiques directes, facilite la collaboration entre les services et assure la formation et le soutien du personnel. Il/elle se spécialise dans l’accompagnement des familles et leur apporte conseils et soutien, tout en facilitant les changements positifs.

**EXIGENCES**:

- Baccalauréat de quatre (4) ans en psychologie ou en services à la personne
- Assistant(e) analyste du comportement certifié(e) (BCaBA)
- Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience professionnelle connexe ; une expérience de la direction d’équipes est un atout
- Expérience approfondie de la mise en œuvre d’interventions cliniques
- Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles
- Compétences informatiques intermédiaires avec la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint et Outlook)
- De solides compétences en matière d’organisation et un grand souci du détail sont requis
- Engagement avéré envers la santé et la sécurité sur le lieu de travail, volonté de prendre une part active et décisive à une culture de la sécurité et de la prévention des événements néfastes pour la santé des clients, de leurs familles et de leurs aidants, des collèges, des membres de la communauté, et pour la sienne propre
- Fait preuve de professionnalisme en matière de situations et de renseignements hautement confidentiels
- Preuve de leur admissibilité à travailler au Canada
- Permis de conduire valide de l’Ontario et disponibilité d’un véhicule fiable; assurabilité en vertu de la police d’assurance automobile de l’organisme
- Vérification du casier judiciaire, y compris vérification aux fins de travail dans le secteur vulnérable
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais) est essentiel
