**The Role**
- Maintenir et vérifier les entrées de paie hebdomadaires pour les employés de l'entrepôt.
- Surveiller la qualité des produits au centre
- Perform investigation related to injuries, safety incident and accidents to identify the root cause. Terminez rapidement les actions correctives et communiquez les solutions à tout le monde.
- Communiquer avec les services d'entrepôt et de transport pour résoudre les problèmes pouvant affecter notre client ou notre groupe.
- Analyser la performance de nos fournisseurs pour s'assurer que nos attentes de service et de qualité sont satisfaites, ainsi que le contrôle des coûts.

**Leadership**
- Exercer des fonctions de supervision qui incluent la surveillance des employés tout en leur donnant les moyens d'atteindre les objectifs
- preuve de leadership grâce à un travail d'équipe efficace et faire preuve d'une attitude positive
- Développer et maintenir des relations de travail efficaces au niveau de l'ensemble de l'entreprise
- Participer aux programmes de formation, d'inspection, d'enquête et d'amélioration continue

**Administration**
- Collecter et enregistrer des informations statistiques à des fins de reporting.
- Assurer le respect des normes de l'industrie, de l'entreprise et d'hygiène. Notamment en veillant à ce que le service Entrepôts est exempt de dangers et répond aux exigences fixées par la loi.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingue (anglais et français)
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en affaires, en ingénierie, en logistique ou dans un domaine connexe
- Posséder idéalement trois à cinq ans d'expérience dans un centre de distribution, restauration, haut débit, syndiqué.
- Compétences informatiques avancées requises (Suite Office)
- Compétences en leadership requises
- Initiative et excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Fort sens de l'éthique de travail, capacité à gérer le temps et à effectuer plusieurs tâches
- Souci du détail, sens de l'organisation
- Initiative et forte motivation personnelle
- Esprit d'équipe développé
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et facilité à réaliser plusieurs projets simultanément
- Capacité à rédiger des rapports précis à temps
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation (orale et écrite)
- Doit passer une vérification complète des antécédents

**Les conditions de travail**

L'environnement de travail est dans un centre de distribution multi-températures. Des chaussures de sécurité sont obligatoires. Le code vestimentaire pour ce poste - business casual. L'horaire de travail est de quarante (40) heures par semaine incluant une journée de fin de semaine. Les quarts de travail sont de 10 heures. Vous devez être flexible pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail. L'horaire de travail peut être modifié selon les besoins de l'entreprise.

Rôles et responsabilités dans le système de gestion de la santé et de la sécurité au travail (SGSST) de Martin Brower:
Vous devrez prendre part au système de responsabilité interne (SRI) en acceptant et en assumant la responsabilité de la prévention des blessures et des maladies au travail. Vous aurez aussi la responsabilité de travailler et d’agir de façon à promouvoir un milieu de travail sain et sécuritaire.

Vous devrez satisfaire aux compétences fondamentales du poste, telles que définies dans la description du poste.
