Here at DIALOG, we are passionate about design and believe it can and should meaningfully improve the wellbeing of our communities and the environment we all share.
We are a multi-disciplinary collaborative of architects, interior designers, urban designers and planners, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, and landscape architects who design for community wellbeing and urban vibrancy. We are a fun-loving bunch of big thinkers and do-gooders, who are collaborative in our approach, diverse in our perspectives, aspirational in our pursuits, and optimistic about what’s next. We’re always looking for passionate people who share our values and care as much about our communities as we do.

Our urban design/planning team members are city building problem solvers. They delight in analyzing, visualizing and designing urban environments - places where cultures and communities thrive and flourish. - Work collaboratively with a cross-disciplinary team of people, engaging a broad constituency of clients, stakeholders, Indigenous communities, and the public.
- Participate in a broad range of projects: from site specific planning to area wide policy reviews and master plans.
- Ability to present at and facilitate stakeholder, municipal and public meetings.
**Who you are**:
- Possess related experience (including educational, volunteer and professional).
- A graduate of an undergraduate or graduate-level program in urban planning, urban studies, urban geography or similar.
