What You’ll Do:

- Create and manage digital advertising (google ad and social media ads)
- Create marketing campaigns, develop content, design templates, and manage engagement
- Content creation and management for all social media platforms
- Identifying, developing, and improving social media strategies
- Maintain the school website and landing page
- monthly newsletters

Skills Required:

- Experience with online marketing, paid ads creation and optimization
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods
- Intrinsic ability to effectively analyse, plan prioritise workload.

Education & Experience:
Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing preferred

1-3 years of related work experience

Mandarin language will be a plus

**Salary**: $76,000.00-$78,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
