Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at AP Canadian Immigration Services. This role is essential in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing our communication strategies.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a consulting firm environment, engaging with various business sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to both written and verbal inquiries.
  • Assist in creating brochures, reports, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Coordinate special marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Research and compile communications materials.
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational and informational programs and sessions.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a small team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
Work Conditions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
Equipment Required
  • Personal computer and internet access.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Experience

Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred. This is a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
