**Résumé du poste**:
Relevant du directeur des services communautaires et sous la supervision immédiate du coordonnateur des abris, le contrôleur est chargé de fournir des services de contrôle et de sécurité pendant la nuit dans les abris du Bureau des services à la jeunesse (BSJ), conformément aux politiques et directives établies par le BSJ.

**Fonctions principales**:

- Fournir une couverture des unités sur une base rotative, assurant la sécurité du personnel, des clients et des installations physiques.
- Surveiller les déplacements/l’admission de tous les membres du personnel, les résidents et les visiteurs.
- Répondre aux alarmes d’urgence et informer/accéder aux ressources appropriées.
- Surveiller les systèmes de sécurité et les caméras, et visionner des séquences si nécessaire.
- Veiller à la propreté générale et l’entretien de l’établissement.
- Suivre les procédures et les instructions de manière précise, et réagir de façon appropriée et calme en cas d’urgence ou de crise.
- Accueillir et assurer le triage des visiteurs et des personnes qui appellent de manière professionnelle, tout en répondant aux besoins de sécurité de l’abri.
- Assurer la liaison et communiquer avec les travailleurs sociaux, si nécessaire, afin d’assurer la sécurité de l’établissement.
- Assurer et participer à la supervision de l’établissement.
- Participer à la formation continue, au besoin.
- Suivre les pratiques et procédures de travail sécuritaires établies par le BSJ et le Conseil d’administration.

- Diplôme d’études collégiales en droit et sécurité ou dans un domaine connexe, ou l’équivalent.
- Expérience d’un an en lien avec le domaine du poste.
- Expérience quant à l’utilisation de caméras de sécurité et la surveillance vidéo.
- Connaissance de la clientèle et des services communautaires.
- Capacité à gérer les situations de crise de manière appropriée.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en tant que membre efficace de l’équipe.
- Compétences manifestes en communication écrite et verbale.
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est essentielle.
- La maîtrise du français sera consideree un atout.
