**Personal Assistant**
**Responsibilities**
- Working directly with the CEO to support all aspects of the daily work routine.
- Keep the CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Managing Outlook calendars and scheduling appointments while exercising discretion in committing time.
- Running errands as needed.
- Some meal prep and general tidying and sanitation activities.
- Office organization.
- Driving MSG team members to various events, meetings, and appointments.
- Organizing documents and maintaining records including handling receipts.
- Taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks to support the CEO.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Both in-person and remote support.
- Maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
- Other duties and roles as agreed upon with supervisor.
**Qualifications**
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage a variety of daily tasks.
- Time-management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in managing multiple calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Minor bookkeeping skills including collating receipts.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Start Date**:Immediate
**Hours**:20-35 hours per week for 3 months to start, with extension to 12-months and a potential of renewal
**Salary**:Will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

- St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
