Production Coordinator

TMMDance is looking for an outgoing, friendly and highly motivated individual to join as a Production Coordinator for our photo/video team for the 2023 spring dance season (*no dance experience required, but is considered an asset)

*Full-Time Employee* compensation is around $25 per hour, based on experience.

You will work closely with our core office team to coordinate and produce our spring season of dance photos & videos.

Full-time availability is required, and we are looking to hire and begin training immediately.

Our core team is responsible for all aspects of the production coordination, and you will be part of this team, assisting wherever your greatest strengths fit within our team. You don't need to do all of these aspects, but some areas of responsibility can include:

- Preparing and packing gear kits
- Setting up photo/video/audio equipment at jobsites
- Troubleshooting photo/video/audio issues
- Editing video timelines
- Order management & fulfillment
- Some client management

Training will be provided.

- any related work, such as dance/sports photography or videography
- confirm if you have the ability to drive yourself to jobsites

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Photography: 1 year (preferred)
- Videography: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- driving licence and access to car (required)

Work Location: One location
