Real Estate Transactions Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Real Estate Transaction Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market rates, occupancy levels, recent transactions and trends.
- Analyze lease proposals, financial statements, and other supporting documents to assess leasing opportunities and related risks.
- Occasionally, prepare financial models, including cash flow projections, to evaluate leasing scenarios and potential acquisitions.
- Collaborate with leasing agents, property managers, and asset managers to develop leasing strategies and optimize property performance.
- Conduct property showings for brokers, prospective tenants and key stakeholders, highlighting features and benefits of the listings.
- Develop and build marketing materials for property listings.
- Manage the full marketing process for internal listings and actively market available space
- Work closely with ownership to identify strategic investment opportunities.
- Support the investment process through financial and non-financial analysis.
- Work to understand market restrictions (land, zoning, etc.) and opportunities to accurately perform financial analysis.
- Accompany ownership on tours of potential real estate investments as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-Secondary degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Real estate license is an asset
- 2+ years in commercial leasing or commercial real estate operations
- Strong knowledge of market fundamentals, leasing principles and financial analysis.
- Highly effective in time management, organization and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
- Strong aptitude for marketing.
- Familiarity with real estate market research tools, databases, and industry resources.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Valid driver’s License and access to your own vehicle as some travel will be required.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
