We are seeking a Traffic Coordinator for a growing wholesaler of fashion accessories

Full time (On-site 4 days, with remote work only on Fridays)

**Responsibilities**:

- Continuously update the Shipment History Shared File for all changes to existing shipments and the creation of new shipments.
- Create shipments in the ERP system based on supplier shipment documents.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to resolve pricing or quantity discrepancies.
- Review and approve supplier invoices for payment, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and relevant documentation.
- Review and approve freight forwarder and carrier invoices for payment, verifying against quotes and updating records in the shared folder.
- Review and approve customs broker invoices for payment, based on rate sheets, and update records accordingly.
- Generate actual freight cost sheets for each shipment and update the Style Masterfile as required.
- Upload completed traffic files to the shared folder.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in the Momentis ERP system (or similar).
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
