Reporting to the Accounting Manager, The Job Clock and Timesheet Administrator reconciles timesheets against the customer's job clock system, investigates variances, and creates exception reports.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Prepare daily job clock to timesheet reconciliations
- Create exception reports for time reconciliation issues
- Address monthly OPG exception report lists
- Run daily, and weekly job clock reports and distribute to users
- Combine daily timesheets, review for errors and upload to ERP
- Follow up with site supervision for required exception reports
- Make deductions on timesheets
- Communicate relevant information to internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as required

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- A College diploma/University graduate in business, administration, or accounting is preferred

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years document control/administration experience or new College/University graduate
- Experience working in spreadsheets of medium complexity
- Experience with time entry and payroll processes is an asset
- Knowledge of trade agreements and working with unionized employees

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
