**Position Summary**

Working as part of the Customer Care team, the Customer Care student is primarily responsible for the following:
**Major Responsibilities**
- Utilize reporting software to assist Operations Analyst with daily tasks
- Assist Operations Analyst in gathering accurate historical data to assist with forecasting
- Assist Operations Analyst in creating weekly schedules
- Perform other Operations Analyst job related duties as assigned
- Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered into internal systems
- Assist in the maintaining of customer information through customer relationship management systems
- Assists in maintaining an effective and efficient records management system
- Responds to inquiries regarding entered data as requested
- Maintains confidential information
- Assists Customer Care Leadership team as required

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Completed high school diploma and currently enrolled in college or university
- Proficient with typing and data entry
- High accuracy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful, and efficient manner

**Conditions of Employment**
- To qualify as a student, you must be in full-time attendance in your graduating year of High School or at a Post-Secondary School prior to summer employment and be returning to a Post-Secondary School on a full-time basis in the fall of this year.
