Role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of IT quality analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective software testing and quality assurance practices.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define quality requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing objectives for software projects.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Lead and execute various types of testing, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze test results, identifying defects, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, and working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance on testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, metrics, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, HP UFT, JMeter) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments, with knowledge of relevant tools and techniques.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), or Certified Manager of Software Quality (CMSQ) are a plus.
