**E-Commerce Coordinator - Coordinateur(trice) e-commerce**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- As an E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the launch of new products;
- The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for marketing our products, including managing product data, images, and content. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring successful and timely launch of new products;
- Uploading product information and digital content to various online channels;
- Executing and optimizing client-specific marketing strategies;
- Identifying opportunities to improve online merchandising across different channels;
- Verifying and updating existing product listings with the latest information and descriptions;
- Maintaining and improving product listings including titles, descriptions, lifestyle images, reviews, prices, product specifications, customer questions, etc.
- Submitting cases and investigating platform issues;
- You will play a critical role in promoting our products online and ensuring their success in the market.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- A strong team player mentality;
- Organized, meticulous, and curious approach to work, agility and proactivity in problem-solving;
- A passion for tackling challenges;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in both French and English;
- Relevant experience in the e-commerce field, with a minimum of 3-5 years;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a full-time, permanent position;
- A schedule of 40 hours per week, during daytime hours, Monday to Friday;
- Work place: NEXERA 825 Lippmann, Laval, QC H7S 1G3;

**Description du poste**

Œuvrant dans le domaine de la création, de fabrication et de distribution de meubles et de l’art; nos entreprises Nexera et Giant Art sont 100 % canadiens. **Vos responsabilités **:Le ou la coordinateur(trice) du commerce électronique planifie, exécute et gère les téléchargements de nos nouveaux produits;
- Est responsable de la commercialisation de nos données, images et contenus sur les produits;
- Assure que les lancements de produits sont déployés avec succès et dans les délais requis;
- Télécharge des informations sur les produits et du contenu numérique sur divers canaux en ligne;
- Gère, exécute et optimise les « playbooks » marketing spécifiques aux clients;
- Identifie les opportunités d'amélioration du merchandising en ligne sur les différents canaux;
- Vérifie et met à jour les listes de produits existantes pour inclure les informations et les descriptions les plus récentes sur les produits;
- Effectue la maintenance et l'amélioration des listings (titre, description, images de style de vie, commentaires, prix, spécifications des produits, questions des clients, etc.);
- Soumet des cas et enquête sur les problématiques sur les plateformes.

**Votre profil**:

- Joueur(se) d’équipe; organisé(e), méticuleux(se), curieux(se); agile et proactif(ve), motivé(e) par les défis;
- Excellent(e) communicateur(trice) en français et en anglais; oral et écrit;
- Expérience pertinente de 3-5 ans en e-commerce;
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel.
