**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing Operations, the **Digital Marketing Strategist** is responsible for the company's web-based marketing strategy to promote the company's brand, attract visitors and generate potential leads. We're looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven digital strategist. You're comfortable leading the charge in the name of organic and paid traffic, making prioritized recommendations of what optimizations should happen first and seeing them through to the finish line. You love the challenge of balancing paid and non-paid channels, utilizing both to deliver on company goals and objectives.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Monitor and analyze website performance highlighting areas for improvement both in usability and in conversion
- Produce and deliver weekly, monthly quarterly performance reports to help inform the broader marketing team with insights. Own organic and paid traffic KPIs and metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across relevant channels. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve KPI targets. Collaborate with teams to conduct keyword research (SEO), ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance ad performance
- Work closely with the content and revenue marketing teams to refine website strategy based on content and campaign development prioritizing the drive for conversion
- Work with the Product Marketing Team to understand ideal customer profiles, use cases, and product roadmap to integrate into search intent and strategy
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure Paid and Organic search strategies are complementary and symbiotic
- Work with the development team to ensure technical components of the website are optimized. Review site architecture strategy with SEO as the foundation (URL structures, meta tags, structured markup, robots.txt, etc.)

**You have**:

- Technical aptitude for understanding and marketing SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with the B2B sales process and customer journey
- Experience with Wordpress/React websites preferred
- Experience with GA4 or other analytics tools
- Minimum of 5 years of experience carrying out SEO for B2B products
- Experience with creating SEO strategy for a global company, and tailoring tactics for different geographies and product lines
