Delta, Canada Real Estate Developer and Project Marketing Agency Full time

Real Estate Land Agent Assistant - Commission Based (Must be a Realtor with 1-2 years experience in the industry and knowledge of land acquisitions and development process).

**Basic Duties would include**:

- Preparing Land Development Listings
- Contacting and networking with other land and developmentAgents for exclusives
- Search land development opportunities for clients
- Prepare and execute Land Assemblies process
- Pro-forma for Acquisitions to Sales

**What you’ll do**:

- Research and identify viable sites according to data provided by development team
- Manage critical information, dates, and documentation in commercial lease transactions.
- Liaise with other internal departments as required (Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance,Property Management, and Construction).
- Assist in the preparation and management of LOIs, Offers to Purchase/Lease and other relevant documents.
- Research and identify viable sites according to data provided by development team.
- Work with the development team, to source and secure Option/ Lease Agreements with Landowners and other Stakeholders for renewable energy projects, including land acquisition, contract negotiations and land divestment.
- Stakeholder engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with Landowners/ Stakeholders, to acquire/ lease and develop further opportunities that may arise.
- Provide site acquisition expertise and guide the team through the whole process.
- Negotiate various types of land-use agreements with landowners.
- Review and understand legal agreements, site plans and large -scale project layouts.
- Lead and assist communication with key stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
- Work with the team on implementing new internal systems and reporting.
- Assist the Real Estate team in coordinating meetings (internal/external) and events
- Other additional tasks and responsibilities may be required.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Land Acquisition Real Estate industry, or similar.
- Basic understanding of commercial real estate transactions (leases, acquisitions/dispositions, partnerships), law, financing, and development.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, and

PowerPoint.
- Highly methodical with strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with a proven ability to produce quality materials while managing and

meeting deadlines.
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to work closely and cooperatively with internal and

external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze current business problems and implement recommended solutions.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources accurately, develop meaningful insights, and communicate results in a clear and concise manner.
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow within the commercial real estate development industry.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delta, BC V4C 3C6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Realtor: 1 year (preferred)
