- Accountable for Ensuring all Catering is Communicated and Executed Properly

Position Function:

- Customer service for the food and beverage menu and all other sale items such as baked goods, bread, and grocery items
- Assisting customers with sandwich menu orders
- Knowledgeable about the products, answering questions about our products if asked by customers
- Working with POS system, cash, credit cards, and office supplies to facilitate general daily workings of the customer-accessible areas of the restaurant
- Managing all FOH staff to ensure that each staff member is following standards and standard procedures set by the Executive Chef/Owner
- Hiring and firing front-of-house employees
- Training FOH employees for Front of House server position
- Working with knives and other small kitchen equipment to produce some small prep tasks for the kitchen
- Portioning, wrapping and packaging salads, soup, drinks, pastries, bread and baked goods to display and sell.
- Stocking, facing and general upkeep of the retail items
- **Social Media Component: responsible for overseeing the company's social media platform. Duties include posting daily, analyzing engagement data and working with management to plan and execute digital campaigns to build community online**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
