- How your role will add to the story:

- We’re looking for a Sales Operations Intern to assist the Vans Division by providing support to sales operations.
- A day in the life:
- Responsible for all sales-related reports for Mercedes-Benz Vans including monthly sales and stock, market share analysis and dealer KPI reports.
- Analyze inventory situation on a weekly basis to monitor ideal stock reach for Mercedes-Benz Vans
- Oversee the coordination of the dealer sales contest program deliverables, tracking dealer performance and preparing communication memos
- Analyze sales programs and incentive spend on a monthly basis to uncover opportunities for growth
- Support dealer communication for Mercedes-Benz Vans on sales related topics
- Responsible for administration and coordination of Mercedes-Benz Vans specific events (Dealer meeting, fleet customer events, etc)
- Execute other ad-hoc duties as required

- Mercedes-Benz Fan skills, requirements & traits:
- Completed post-secondary diploma/degree with a concentration in Business/Commerce within the last 12 months
- Previous working experience in an office environment is preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel, comfortable using advanced/complex functions and pivot tables
- Exceptional working knowledge of data collection, analysis and presentation.
- Working knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to think outside of the box and operate with energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- A self-starter with ability to meet deadlines and work in a timely and cooperative manner
- Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself
- Honest and professional, a strong team player
- Big picture thinker, go-getter, self-starter
