**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly through effective communication.
- Utilize phone systems to handle reservations, cancellations, and guest requests.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential traits for success in this role.

**CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM AS NEEDED HOWEVER PRIMARY SHIFT WILL BE 3PM-11PM AND WEEKENDS.**
