**Job Description**:
What You’ll Be Doing

As the Vendor Management Consultant, you will support the Remote Banking Shared Services Technology team through the completion of licensing and implementation support agreements as well as the management of vendor relationships (as needed). Working closely with the Enterprise Corporate Sourcing, Supplier Risk Management and Legal teams to see the successful execution of agreements.

How You’ll Succeed
- Work collaboratively with RBSS, Corporate Sourcing, Supplier Risk Management and third party suppliers on all contractual matters, ensuring timely review and approval/reconciliation of variances
- Use standard technology contracts and liaise with internal and external teams to finalize contracts. Help negotiate business terms and conditions
- Maintains contract records and documentation contract correspondence, contract changes, status reports, and other relevant documents
- Ensures signed contracts and implementation obligations are communicated to all relevant parties for ongoing contract visibility and awareness
- Work collaboratively with all business areas and the IT organization to deliver solutions that successfully meet business priorities
- Contribute to and demonstrate the value of IT Vendor Management services ensuring that Vendor Management Lifecycle is followed and industry practices are introduced throughout the project lifecycle
- Work with the IT Operational teams to ensure contract terms, Service Level Agreements and escalations are understood and tracked
- Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction and value added services
- Work with Finance to complete financial due diligence and ensure appropriate financial treatments and contractual commitments are approved and reported
