Zieminski Real Estate, a reputable and growing real estate brokerage, seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. As the Accounts Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and providing exceptional support to our REALTORS®, clients, vendors, and administration team. **Responsibilities**:

- Review and manage real estate trades using prescribed accounting software.
- Manage documents and folders using Microsoft OneDrive.
- Communication with solicitors acting on behalf of vendors and purchasers.
- Keep detailed calendar logs.
- Draft marketing campaigns with the provided software.
- Project Management of Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA). Implementing training for REALTORS ® and administrative staff. Creating and revising office policy procedures. Developing new brokerage forms and processes
- Preparing and hosting monthly team meetings, including but not limited to agendas, minutes, reporting, market updates, and scheduling.

**Accounting Tasks**:

- Prepare electronic fund transfers.
- Facilitate bank deposits.
- Enter receipts.
- Post payments using provided backup documentation.
- Balance accounts monthly.
- Prepare payroll.
- Process source deductions.
- Manage deductions.
- Maintain monthly depreciation records.
- Prepare employee T4 and T4A forms for year-end reporting.

**General Tasks**:

- Answer incoming calls and assist consumers.
- Schedule property viewings and listing appointments.
- Maintain the client log sheet.
- Organize and file documents.
- Seek new partnership opportunities for company growth through networking, conducting research, and analyzing data.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transaction processes is considered an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with real estate-specific software is a plus.
- Experience in accounting software programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
