**Deployment Quality Assurance Representative**

**_ A bit about the role _**

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Deployment Quality Assurance Representative to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all deployments meet the highest quality standards and function seamlessly within our customers’ environments. You will work closely with our Deployment Project Management, Support and Configuration teams to identify any issues that arise during the deployment process.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have experience in quality assurance, project coordination or relative role.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality in every task you undertake.
- You have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate issues and resolutions clearly.
- You enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and high customer satisfaction.
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Conduct thorough review and validation of deployments to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Work closely with Deployment Project Management, Support and Configuration teams to identify issues during the deployment process.
- Create detailed documentation of processes, issues identified, and resolutions.
- Continuously monitor deployments to ensure ongoing quality and performance.
