Looking for your next career move? We have an exciting opportunity as a Distribution Center Supervisor at our brand-new Calgary facility You’ll oversee the receiving, inventory, and shipping teams, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier quality.

Reporting directly to our Distribution Center Director, you’ll play a key role in achieving performance goals and maintaining accurate inventory.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (No weekends)

**What you will accomplish with us**:
Lead our distribution center: Oversee day-to-day operations at our brand-new Calgary distribution center in Rocky View County, featuring 150,000 sq. ft. of space with an additional 48,000 sq. ft. of outdoor storage, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Develop the team: Coach, lead, and evaluate team members to achieve organizational goals while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Optimize order preparation: Ensure accurate and efficient order preparation, seamlessly aligning with other warehouse activities.
Maximize resource efficiency: Continuously improve resource allocation to streamline warehouse tasks and drive productivity.
Employee management: Address disciplinary matters, promote excellence, and encourage continuous improvement within the team.
Work schedule management: Optimize and validate work schedules to meet operational demands.
Ensure policy compliance: Enforce company policies, operational rules, and procedures to maintain efficiency.
Foster communication: Engage with the team through regular meetings to enhance communication, operational planning, and employee engagement.
Health and safety focus: Maintain the highest workplace health and safety standards at all times.
Recruitment and onboarding: Play an active role in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to strengthen the team at our Calgary facility.

**What You Bring to Our Team**:
Technical skills: Proficiency with ERP and WMS software (Infor is an asset).

Relevant experience: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management (GOP) or relevant experience.
‍ Management experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in personnel management with diverse employee profiles.
Distribution experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the distribution field.
