**WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US**:
**Our web or phone surveys generate a lot of comments formulated in the words of our respondents. The Specialist's job is to classify similar comments into designated categories by assigning them a corresponding code. More precisely**:

- Extract and classify responses to various surveys via our collection platforms
- Perform reclassification of answers according to codification lists
- Prepare needed material for survey data coding according to the requirements of the said study/questionnaire (Word, Excel)
- Learn and use our artificial intelligence assisted coding tool
- Perform all tasks related to the development of the position (improve processes, stay on the lookout for new software, new technologies, etc.)

***PROFILE REQUIRED**:

- Être disponible de 20 à 30 heures par semaine, dont au moins 10 pendant les heures de bureau (entre 9h00 à 17h00 du lundi au vendredi)
- Possess a strong proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrate rigor and attention to details
- Have the ability to learn quickly and to be autonomous
- Be a good team worker
- Have a strong ability to synthesize
- Be comfortable in performing routine tasks
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the development of the position (new ways of doing things or new processes)
- Be bilingual (written) - French and English
- Demonstrate high quality of spelling, both in French and in English
