Office Secretary

We are looking for an office secretary helping us with the following responsibilities,
Full time, permanent office secretary
- answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- typing, preparing and collating reports
- prioritizing work load and assisting the staff on how to manage customers.
- organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- managing databases
- prioritizing workloads
- logging or processing bills or expenses
- acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- short distance travelling, client service deliver might be required
Driver's licence is required for this position
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- North York, ON M3J 3C1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
