As a Manager at Baton Rouge, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our thriving restaurant. This role demands a dynamic leader who can ensure that guests receive courteous, efficient service and that every meal is an exceptional experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Overall Operations**: Manage all aspects of restaurant functionality including dining and kitchen areas.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff, stepping into any role as necessary to ensure seamless service.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety, along with impeccable cleanliness practices.
- **Customer Relations**: Enhance guest satisfaction and manage public relations efforts.
- **Financial Oversight**: Responsible for finances, including budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control.
- **Equipment Management**: Oversee the maintenance and operational readiness of all restaurant equipment.
- **Food Expeditor Role**: Act as the food expeditor when necessary, managing the kitchen window to ensure all dishes are well-prepared and delivered in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a high-volume franchise restaurant.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Proven expertise in food quality control and safety.
- Experience managing a large dining room.
- In-depth understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
- Proven track record of managing a friendly and professional team.
- Strong organizational skills for effective floor management, including floor plans, seating arrangements, and reservation handling.
- Ability to expedite food delivery with efficiency and accuracy.
