**City Lead / Tour Guide**

Founded in 2018 by three good friends, Toonie Tours has become a 5-star rated tour company by putting the customer first and delivering genuinely down-to-earth tours and experiences.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Know all Vancouver tours and experiences inside and out. Occasionally lead tours, and be able to cover any tours on an emergency coverage basis.
- Be the first point of contact for training and shadowing new guides. Responsible for sign-off on new tour guides to be independently touring.
- Provide ongoing leadership, guidance, and training to team members, being their first point of contact in all matters.
- Liaison between the local team, admin team, and management.
- Perform customer feedback surveys.
- Analyze and strategize with management on how to improve the team's productivity and morale.
- Manage inventory, including uniforms, umbrellas, POS.
- Depositing money daily M-F.
- Provide exceptional customer support for escalated inquiries and complaints.
- Promote company products, services, and culture by being an active member of the local team and the community (including various business and tourism organizations) attending meetings, mixers, and business development and networking events as assigned by management.
- Engage with the corporate and event planning community to build relationships that will encourage collaboration.
- Build system to provide internal efficiency.

**Must Haves**
- Proven leadership experience.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Additional pay:
