Pro-Western Mechanical is a mid-sized company, providing complete mechanical services, specializing in multi-dwelling residential: condos, apartments, hotels and light industrial/commercial. This full-time role is available in Saskatoon

**Duties**:

- Responsible for direct purchases of materials and services to support Projects throughout Western and Eastern Canada
- Negotiate price and delivery times.
- Ensure delivered items are received correctly by appropriate personnel.
- Explore cost savings opportunities on material items.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Update and maintain Purchasing module in ERP system.

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively interact with multiple levels of the organization with a logical and organized approach.
- Ability to work within cross functional teams.
- Well organized self-starter
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines independently.
- Strong team player who can effectively influence from within the team.
- Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills.
- IT literacy
- Understanding/proficient in Microsoft products (i.e., Excel and Word) and Adobe
- Comfortable working in an ERP system

**Experience/Education**:

- Purchasing Role, 1-3 years preferred
- Post secondary diploma or certificate.

Wage will be based on education and experience.
