**Position Description**:
**Specific Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Establishing NEW and nurturing existing relationships with key customers and business partners to ensure mindshare and PROFITABLE GROWTH
- Turning opportunities and challenges into new business
- Participating in sales and marketing activities including line reviews, product and promotional sales initiatives
- Managing assigned accounts, maintaining a sales pipeline, and documenting in company CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Use knowledge of AC Motors and VFD’s to grow business with new and existing key accounts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Engineering Technologist, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years account management experience in AC Motors and/or VFDs
- Deep technical knowledge of AC Motors and VFDs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Powerful presentation skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with a customer focused mentality
- Ability to develop effective sales plans to ensure profitable growth.

**Territory**:

- Based out of our Mississauga, Ontario location.
- Territory will cover Canada and USA
