Cornwall, Canada EFI Engineering Lowe, Gravelle, & Associates Intl. Full time

FI is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm providing services to customers in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors in Canada and the United States.

As a Project Manager at EFI Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to the approval phase. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including engineering teams, management, and external partners, to evaluate all aspects of a project, record variables, determine budgets, schedules, constraints, and engage stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to present project proposals, gain alignment, and secure project funding for handover to the project management team. The Project Manager will be based in our offices as well as on site at a large-scale industrial process facility. Travel to the US is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate project concepts and requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Record all project variables, including technical specifications, resource requirements, and potential risks.
- Develop comprehensive project budgets and schedules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify constraints and address potential roadblocks.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build support for project proposals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to secure project approvals and funding.
- Oversee project funding administration and budget management.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all involved parties.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
- Provide technical expertise in project-related matters.
- Assist in report writing and documentation related to project approvals.
- Support the transition of approved projects to the project management team or execute the project as the project manager. Act as the on-site liaison to design teams and perform on site reviews of construction projects.
- Participates in project meetings as required and deliver on requirements.
- Regular travel to the US required (customer is located in Massena NY)
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.

10-25 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.

Strong project management skills and a deep understanding of technical projects and construction processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

A proactive and results-oriented attitude.

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
