Our member is seeking a Project Manager to join their team
**Responsibilities**:
- **Project Coordination**: Manages day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are on schedule and within budget.
- **Resource Allocation**: Oversees the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to various projects.
- **Subcontractor Management**: Coordinates with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality contributions to projects.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identifies and addresses challenges and obstacles within projects, implementing effective solutions.
- **Client Communication**: Maintains regular communication with clients regarding project status and adjustments.
- **Schedule Management**: Develops and maintains comprehensive project schedules, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.
- **Cost Control**: Monitors project expenses and implements cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensures all project activities comply with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engages with all project stakeholders, including community members and regulatory bodies, to maintain positive relations.
- **Documentation Control**: Manages all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audits and reviews.
**Qualifications**:
- 5 years minimum experience in Construction Co-Ordination and Estimation
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
