Sherpa recherche un ou une lead pour son équipe en intégration web et mobile.

**Votre rôle**
- Intégrant des contenus visuels, des données, des libraires mobiles et des services web.
- Conseillant les gestionnaires de projets client;
- Effectuant le suivi des anomalies détectées par l’équipe d’assurance-qualité;
- Collaborant avec les équipes de développement lors de l’implémentation de de nouveaux produits et pour la résolution de problèmes;
- Participant à l’amélioration des outils, processus et procédures de l’équipe d’intégration;
- Participant activement à faire de Sherpa un environnement inclusif, dynamique et enrichissant.

**Qualifications et Aptitudes**
- 7 ans d'expérience pertinente
- 1 an d'expérience en tant que lead technique ou chef d'équipe
- Diplôme collégial ou expérience équivalente en informatique ou en intégration multimédia
- Connaissances de GIT
- Connaissances en SQL
- Connaissance de base des commandes Linux
- Connaissances en XML et JSON
- Connaissances en HTML, CSS
- Capacités d'encadrement et coaching d'équipe
- Excellente gestion des priorités et des délais
- Bilinguisme (Anglais et Français)

- Connaissances en JavaScript
- Connaissances en XSLT
- Connaissances en débogage iOS et Android Connaissances en Gradle

**Technical Lead Web and Mobile Integration**

(Full-time position, based in Montreal, QC)

Sherpa is looking for a lead for its web and mobile integration team.
If you are passionate about delivering quality, have a keen eye for design and a passion for technology, want to help us improve our processes, and have the experience to succeed, we'd like to hear from you

**About Sherpa**

**Your Role**
- Integrating visual content, data, mobile libraries, and web services;
- Advising client project managers;
- Tracking anomalies detected by the QA team;
- Collaborating with development teams during new product implementations and for problem resolution;
- Participating in improving the integration team's tools, processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- 7 years of related work experience
- 1 year in the role of team lead or technical lead
- College degree or equivalent experience in computer science or multimedia integration
- Knowledge of GIT
- Knowledge of SQL
- Basic knowledge of Linux commands
- Knowledge of XML and JSON
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Excellent priority and deadline management
- Team leadership skills Bilingualism (English and French)
