Responsabilités liées aux relations avec les clients:

- Diriger une équipe de professionnels des ventes de la CSMO en veillant au respect des engagements des fournisseurs, conformément aux exigences de GSK
- Dynamiser le rendement, assurer la responsabilisation à l’égard des résultats des marques faisant l’objet d’une promotion déterminée
- Gérer les relations avec un fournisseur tiers afin d’assurer le respect de toutes les lois et politiques canadiennes et de GSK
- Transformer la stratégie en action et l’harmoniser sur l’établissement des objectifs, l’exécution et la mesure du rendement
- Collaborer avec les unités commerciales, les équipes Marketing et Ventes pour déterminer les priorités stratégiques et tactiques de l’équipe Ventes virtuelles

Responsabilités en matière d’innovation:

- Diriger l’élaboration de la stratégie, la gestion et l’exécution de tactiques d’engagement virtuelles novatrices
- Élaborer des solutions innovantes dans un environnement stimulant afin de mobiliser de manière optimale les professionnels de la santé et les consommateurs pour apporter de la valeur d’une manière différente
- Gérer les partenariats et les engagements avec les clients externes
- Diriger et orienter les services de soutien d’une tierce partie, comme les experts-conseils en analyse, en marketing et en stratégie

COMPÉTENCES DE BASE
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle
- Cinq ans d’expérience pertinente dans le milieu des affaires
- Deux ans d’expérience solide en gestion du personnel et/ou en encadrement
- Compétences en matière de leadership et capacité de travail en équipe exceptionnelle avec des partenaires interfonctionnels
- Sens aigu des affaires démontré par la capacité à définir une vision, à élaborer et à exécuter un plan stratégique, intégré et novateur
- Excellente réputation en matière de résultats obtenus dans un milieu dynamique et en constante évolution, tout en gérant efficacement les priorités concurrentielles
- Aptitudes exceptionnelles en matière de relations interpersonnelles, de communication (écrite et orale), de présentation et d’influence
- Excellentes compétences dans le domaine de la communication, y compris de solides aptitudes en présentation et en animation pour expliquer et vendre des concepts novateurs
- Permis de conduire valide*

- Connaissance approfondie du territoire et capacité d’analyse organisationnelle
- Maîtrise des techniques de vente
- Maîtrise d’Excel et des outils d’analyse
- La personne qui occupe ce poste pourra bénéficier d’un véhicule de fonction. Toutefois, pour être admissible à ce poste et à un véhicule de fonction, vous devrez fournir à GSK des résultats acceptables d’une demande de vérification de permis et d’un examen du dossier de conducteur par rapport aux exigences du programme en matière de conduite sécuritaire.
