**Position Description**

As a full-time structural BIM designer/technician/technologist at Access, you will have the opportunity to:

- Create building-information-models and drawings packages using Revit software
- Create parametric families and assist in maintaining and developing standard Revit libraries
- Prepare construction drawings/documents for residential, commercial, and industrial building developments and renovations
- Ensure drawings are completed in a timely manner, meeting project deadlines and milestones
- Quality check drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Coordinate with the design team to resolve design conflicts and optimize construction efficiency.
- Perform site visits to record data needed for design development and/or record drawings
- Develop skills in planning, communication, and organization
- Communicate directly with clients, architects, developers, and contractors

**Qualifications**
- Designation as an A Sc.T or C.E.T. from an accredited Canadian post-secondary institution is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Revit software
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy producing drawings
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Valid full privilege driver’s license

**Compensation**
- $28.00 - $40.00/hr - commensurate with experience
